Shipping & Processing
- All orders ship within 24 hours, pending product availability and credit card authorization.
- henrileporedezert.com orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- During a Sale, order-processing times may take up to 1-2 business days. A customer service representative will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is currently out of stock.
Returns & Exchanges
- We maintain a flexible return 15-business day return policy. Full price merchandise in unworn condition may be returned for a full refund within 15-business days of the delivery date. Items returned past the 15-business day return time frame that are still within 30 days of the delivery date may be returned in exchange for a Henrileporedezert.com credit only.
- Any returns after 30-days of the delivery date will not be accepted.
- All Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
- Henrieporedezert.com will only accept returns for full price merchandise in their original and unworn condition. All labels must be attached.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, Henrileporedezert.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Refunds will be processed after 14-business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise in our warehouse.
- Refunds will be processed to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
- Refunds will include the cost of the items, along with any applicable sales tax.
- There is no charge for exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. Please allow up to 14-business days for our warehouse to receive and process your exchange.
